Top Development Mistakes

The Top

1. Long swing. You should have taken 5 days at most and not skip the first days of gamemagem


2. Incomplete preparation. Spend a day to prepare kanbans, discord and organization (where, what and how to store), schedule everything

3. Improper delegation. Because of the rush and hustle, not everyone was given tasks and people didn't understand the cherries

4. Misunderstanding. We were communicating, that in PM, that we were going to, but still some people did not know what we were doing, and we are only 5 people

5. Wanted = did, and we did not do. We thought. We thought, we analyzed, we hypothesized. And we didn't do it. It lacks primitivism.

6. Lack of discipline. Not focused, distracted, not scheduled weekends, procrastinating.

7. Didn't realize we were on a marathon, not a 3 year development.

8. Generated an idea = wrote it down, but, we didn't always do that.

9. Reality doesn't live up to expectations

10. Too soft on the team, give a lot to self-learning

11. A gamemdiz should be a producer, or a producer should be a gamemdiz.
